6.Production Process

Company has first-class production lines and modernizing professional testing equipment. To ensure the quality of products, each product goes through three time of quality control. From mould design to cutting and printing ,then to the workshop, we select quality materials, Using automatic cutting machine to cut material accurately, color mixing and printing by master who is working for more than 15 years and operated by Skilled workers with high efficiency: selecting high quality sliders- pull sliders on lines- heat seal zippers- put on screws- install glue piping- press bag to fix shape-make hole and torn edges- turn over to finish products, finally packing and ready for shipment.
